Novem needed to connect precious-metals token contracts with reserve data, pricing, customer operations, and controlled administrative workflows.

Task

Build and maintain the technical foundation for tokenized precious metals, including proof of reserves, settlement, pricing, wallet flows, and operational controls.

Action

Built precious-metals token contracts with proof-of-reserves logic
Added daily reconciliation between token supply and vault holdings
Connected token issuance and redemption to bank-transfer settlement
Added pricing locks to protect purchases from price changes during settlement
Supported wallet flows, liquidity pools, and administrative mint and burn operations
Integrated KYC and AML processes into the platform workflow

Result

Delivered the on-chain and off-chain foundations for a precious-metals tokenization product with reserve verification, controlled issuance, and operational reconciliation.
