CypherX partner program

Turn trusted introductions into useful delivery.

Work with CypherX when a client needs software engineering, AI automation, quality assurance, security, or digital asset development that your team does not want to deliver alone.

Two ways to work together

The program is built for people who already understand their clients' problems. You can make a qualified introduction and step back, or stay involved when a joint delivery makes sense.

Referral partner

Introduce a company that needs a capable technical team. We qualify the opportunity, scope the work, prepare the proposal, and manage delivery. You can refer a single project or make introductions regularly.

Delivery partner

Bring CypherX into projects where your agency, consultancy, or freelance practice needs additional engineering capacity or a specialist capability. We agree responsibilities and client communication before work begins.

How the partner process works

  1. 01Spot the need

Identify a real business problem, not a cold list.

  2. 02Make an introduction

Share the context and connect us with the decision-maker.

  3. 03Qualify together

We confirm fit, scope, timing, and the right next step.

  4. 04Deliver the work

CypherX handles the agreed technical delivery and updates.

  5. 05Receive your commission

Approved referral fees are paid after the client pays us.

Commercial terms

Our proposed referral commission is 20% of net project fees actually received by CypherX for an accepted referral. A written partner agreement confirms the rate, attribution, scope, payment timing, and any project-specific terms before work begins.

  • Commission is calculated after payment is received from the client.
  • Net project fees exclude VAT or sales tax, refunds, chargebacks, pass-through costs, third-party fees, and approved expenses.
  • A referral must be new, identifiable, and accepted by CypherX before proposal work begins.
  • The program is non-exclusive. There is no minimum number of referrals and no obligation to refer work.
  • Existing opportunities, duplicate introductions, and referrals that cannot be attributed to the partner are excluded unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Partner standards

Trust is part of the referral. Partners must describe CypherX accurately, avoid promises about price or outcomes that we have not approved, and make it clear when they are introducing us as an independent partner.

  • No authority to sign contracts or bind CypherX.
  • No misleading claims, spam, or purchased contact lists.
  • Share personal data only when there is a lawful basis.
  • Keep client information confidential.
  • Follow applicable marketing, privacy, and anti-bribery laws.

This page describes a partner opportunity and is not a binding offer or contract. No referral is accepted until CypherX confirms it in writing. The final partner agreement controls commission eligibility, attribution, payment, taxes, confidentiality, data processing, intellectual property, termination, and dispute terms. Partners are independent contractors and do not act as employees, agents, or representatives of CypherX unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Tell us who you help, which markets you know, and whether you want to refer projects or deliver them together. A short message is enough to start the conversation.

Marketing and privacy note

If you recommend CypherX for compensation, disclose that relationship where applicable. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission says material connections in endorsements should be clear and conspicuous. UK guidance also distinguishes corporate contacts from sole traders and confirms that data protection rules still apply to business-to-business marketing.
