Project: Ghostmarket

Situation

Ghostmarket had a strong NFT marketplace foundation on Phantasma, but growth depended on reaching collectors, creators, and liquidity across larger ecosystems. To compete with established marketplaces, the platform needed to expand to Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Avalanche while keeping smart contract delivery secure and efficient.

Task

Create the multichain contract infrastructure Ghostmarket needed to scale beyond a single ecosystem, support marketplace activity across major networks, and give the product team a faster path from feature development to mainnet deployment.

Action

Migrated the open-source contract codebase from Truffle to Hardhat for faster testing, deployment, and iteration
Deployed ERC721 and ERC1155 contracts across multiple mainnets
Built custom marketplace contracts for NFT listing, trading, and settlement flows
Developed relayer contracts to support NFT market maker activity
Delivered an SDK kit so applications could integrate with Ghostmarket's smart contracts across chains

Result

Enabled Ghostmarket to expand from a single-chain marketplace into a multichain NFT platform
Improved development velocity with a modern smart contract workflow
Supported launches across Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and Avalanche
Helped establish Ghostmarket as one of the first multichain NFT marketplaces on Avalanche
