Familia wanted to launch a Solana NFT drop that could handle intense mint demand without congestion, protect buyer trust through fair distribution, and keep deployment economics efficient enough for a sustainable release.

Task

Deliver the full technical foundation for a high-volume Solana drop, covering asset generation, mint mechanics, anti-bot controls, storage, royalties, and wallet-connected buyer experience.

Action

Built the PFP generation pipeline with the HashLips art engine
Used Metaplex Core for standardized NFT creation
Implemented a custom Candy Machine V2 flow for phased allowlist and public sale mechanics
Added token-gated anti-bot protection around mint access
Stored metadata on Arweave for cost-efficient decentralized asset hosting
Enabled real-time royalty tracking across secondary markets
Delivered a React frontend with Phantom wallet integration

Result

NFTs sold with zero failed transactions
Achieved materially lower mint costs than comparable Ethereum-based launches

Project: Svenir

Situation

Svenir wanted to open its NFT drop to a broader audience by accepting both crypto and credit card payments. That meant removing wallet setup friction for new buyers while still delivering assets quickly and maintaining compliance.

Task

Build a hybrid NFT purchase flow that supported crypto-native users and fiat-first users in the same launch experience, without sacrificing delivery speed, operational control, or compliance.

Action

Integrated Crossmint to support credit card payments
Built a dynamic NFT minting and escrow flow for fiat purchases
Released NFTs to the buyer's wallet after purchase completion
Added gasless onboarding with temporary custodial wallets for new users
Enabled one-click migration from custodial onboarding to self-custody

Result

Half of sales came from credit card users, expanding the drop beyond the crypto-native audience
