Situation

Svenir needed to support both crypto and credit-card payments while delivering NFTs quickly and maintaining operational control.

Action

Integrated Crossmint to support credit-card payments
Built a dynamic NFT minting and escrow flow for fiat purchases
Released NFTs to the buyer's wallet after purchase completion
Added gasless onboarding with temporary custodial wallets for new users
Enabled one-click migration from custodial onboarding to self-custody
